Emily brings her passion for people and eye for detail to every event at The Regency. With a background in education and leadership from Bethel University, she’s a seasoned middle school teacher and proud mom of three: two boys and a girl, who knows how to balance structure with creativity.
Her love for event planning, decorating, reading, and photography shines through in the thoughtful touches she brings to every celebration. Whether she’s helping guests feel at home or curating unforgettable moments, Emily is all about making meaningful connections and beautiful memories.

Emmalee is passionate about turning wedding dreams into seamless, joy-filled realities. As a Venue Coordinator at The Regency, she’s the behind-the-scenes expert who ensures every detail, from timelines to table settings, is thoughtfully handled so couples can simply enjoy their day. Her full-time role as a Behavior Resource Specialist in St. Cloud reflects her deep commitment to helping others and her gift for staying organized under pressure.
Outside of work, Emmalee finds joy in quiet moments: spending time with her dog, crafting bracelets, coloring, and discovering new coffee shops around town. Her calm energy and love for meaningful experiences make her an invaluable part of every celebration.

Katelyn Kelly is the Managing Director at The Regency, where she has proudly been part of the team for over 10 years. She began her career in the wedding industry in 2012 and quickly found her passion while planning her own wedding.

In her role, she's dedicated to supporting both the team and our clients to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish. She love's being a resource for our couples—helping guide them through the process, answering questions, and making sure they feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

Having been married for 13 years, she truly understand how important this experience is. As a mom, she also know how quickly life moves and how meaningful it is to celebrate these big moments, which is why she's so passionate about making each event as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
